Sorry it has been so long…..

Ryan and I are finally moved into our new rental house. Tiny now weighs 40 lbs and is 4 months old. Ryan and I started hanging our artwork tonight. It is starting to feel like home.

Ryan has started his business. It is called Ion Ray Systems. He is supporting Mac’s, web production etc to Bonaire. His website is still a work in progress.

I am still at Belmar and I love it. I have also continued Lush Body Bar as a business. I hope to start producing product very soon.
This past weekend I catered a wedding for my boss. The party was for 110 people and it transported me back in time to my catering days. Ryan helped pull me out of the weeds! We had a great time and everyone loved with the food. I will update again very soon with more pictures.. Hope everyone is doing well.

Invisibles Dive Site

Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone. Ryan, myself and our friend Annie went diving at invisibles today. Invisibles is located at the south end of the island. Our mission was to find a frogfish and to kill lionfish. We did find our frogfish, but I missed the lionfish and he got away with a fairy basslet hanging out of its mouth. We also saw 3 turtles, swimming eels and a octopus. Needless to say this has become one of our favorite dives. Ryan used our digital camera today. I hope you enjoy the photos.

Seru Largu

Bon Siman,

We spent Happy Hour Saturday night in Seru Largu. We could see both the east coast and west coast of the island as well as Curacao… The sunset was beautiful!

On sunday we went diving at Belmar and found a frogfish and a few other creatures. Hope everyone has a great week! Friday we bring Tiny home for a few weeks, before we head to San Francisco. Looking forward to the trip!

Tiny comes home next week

Looks like Tiny will be coming home for a couple weeks before our journey north. He and his siblings are waddling around the yard these days. We had a nice long visit with them Monday. They received their vaccinations today, so we won’t see Tiny again until we pick him up next Friday. We saw our first green flash last week and our second one on Monday. I tried to capture a photo each time but missed the timing on each.

Crown Ridge 23 and another Tiny update

Hello All

Ryan and I have had a great couple of days off. Jim, Mimi, Tom and Lisa were here for vacation and we got a chance to catch up. Great to see you guys!! We also celebrated the purchase of our new lot. It is located near Andrea I at Crown Ridge 23. Hopefully, we will begin construction sometime in the near future. Ryan and I also spent a little quality time with the newest addition to our family. Ryan and I are looking forward to our visit to San Francisco at the end of February.

I am still working at Buddy Dive and will gain more boat experience this week! :-) Looking forward to the challenge. Ryan has started his own consulting business here on the island. He has a couple of projects in the works and this is keeping him busy.

Hope all is well with everyone

Ryan joined us and was able to capture great photographs. We are looking forward to enjoying our two days off together. We hope you enjoy the photos. Have a great Sunday!

Bon Noche

Ryan and I recently moved and were without internet for a few weeks, so please pardon the lack of posts. We are settled in closer to downtown and so far we love it. We are within walking distance to restaurants and night life and being able to walk to everything is great. Ryan is working hard on a few programming projects and I have been instructing many courses, so we are keeping busy. Life is good! We have had a lot of rain lately, which has dampened our days off, so diving for fun or bike riding has been on hold. Now the sun is shining and we hope for better weather in December and get back into the things we love to do.

Today I went diving at Forest a dive site off the coast of Klein Bonaire. It is one of my favorites. Lots of beautiful coral and fish. I got a great couple of shots of French Angel fish eating pineapple. They also love watermelon. As soon as we tied to the mooring they appeared. They are a little spoiled!

Ryan and I are heading to the West Coast at the end of February. We hope to see as many of you as we can while we are in town. We now having a habitable guest room, so start thinking of when you want to come and visit.
